All orders must be placed at least 7 days before the party date and are subject to availability. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that there is adequate area for the bounce ride. The bounce ride is 13' x 13' and is 13' high. You need at least a 20' by 20' area to fit it. No refunds or allowances will be made on day of delivery.
